Most people detained by ICE have no criminal record, despite Trump claims

President Trump has repeatedly claimed his administration’s immigration crackdown would focus on deporting those who he describes as “the worst of the worst.” But government data shows the majority of people detained by ICE in recent months have never been convicted of a crime.
