Mother of Bronx high-schooler detained by ICE speaks out

Dylan Contreras is a high school senior originally from Venezuela who was in the U.S. under a federal program that allows migrants to stay for humanitarian reasons. He was detained in May after attending a routine immigration hearing. Tom Hanson spoke with his mother.
