President Donald Trump said on Oct. 14 that he is considering ending cooking oil and other goods trade with China as āretributionā for Beijingās refusal to buy American soybeans during the two nationsā trade war.
āI believe that China purposefully not buying our Soybeans, and causing difficulty for our Soybean Farmers, is an Economically Hostile Act,ā Trump wrote on social media.
