U.S. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, Australian Defense Minister Richard Marles, and British Secretary of State for Defense John Healey announced on May 30 that they would jointly develop Unmanned Undersea Vehicles, under the AUKUS partnership, to improve the three nations’ naval reconnaissance and strike capabilities.
