STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Early voting for New York’s August primary begins Saturday, Aug. 12 and runs through Sunday, Aug. 21 — and Primary Day is coming up, on Tuesday, Aug. 23.
The August primary election includes races for the State Senate and House of Representatives.
