Border Reckoning: Tom Homan’s Warning to Border Invasion Architects

Former ICE Director Tom Homan has never been afraid of speaking the truth, and his latest remarks on Fox News served as a bold warning to those involved in what he terms the “border invasion.” Speaking on the heels of heightened threats against Trump-era officials, Homan doubled down on accountability, transparency, and justice.

“We’re going to take control January 20th,” Homan declared confidently, referencing a potential Trump return to the presidency. “And people are going to be held accountable. We’ll be very transparent. We’re going to dig into this – what role did the United Nations play in the border crisis? Who in the Biden administration opened the doors to this humanitarian disaster? What NGOs were involved?” His voice carried the weight of conviction. “We’re going to lay it out for the American people—what happened, who’s behind it, and why.”

Death Threats Won’t Silence Homan
Homan’s comments come as Fox News reported a wave of violent threats targeting Trump administration appointees, including Homan himself. The threats, ranging from bomb scares to “swatting” attacks, prompted a swift response from law enforcement.

Homan, who has weathered years of hostility due to his staunch immigration enforcement stance, admitted he’s now taking these threats more seriously. “I’ve had death threats since I was ICE director. I’ve had security details. But after what happened in the last 24 hours, I’m reevaluating. It’s different now,” he told Fox’s Gillian Turner.

Despite the threats, Homan remains resolute. “I’m not going to let these people intimidate me,” he said firmly. “I’m not going to be silenced.”

The Role of the Media
Homan didn’t hold back when addressing the role of the media in fostering hostility. “The hate media doesn’t help,” he remarked, pointing to years of negative press labeling him a “racist” or “the father of family separation.” He added, “There are nuts out there who read these hit pieces and take action. It’s irresponsible.”

A Call for Accountability
As Trump’s incoming border czar, Homan plans to spearhead an investigation into what he describes as a border crisis “by design.” His goal? To expose the truth and hold those responsible accountable. “This isn’t just about policies. This is about people’s lives—American lives,” he said.

For Homan, the mission is deeply personal. “I’ve seen the impact of open borders firsthand—on families, communities, and national security. It’s not just political for me. It’s about doing what’s right.”
