In a statement on social media on Tuesday, Ken Paxton accuses President Biden of lying and claims that the administration’s immigration policy is an unlawful scheme designed to fast-track over one million undocumented immigrants for citizenship, providing them with full benefits and voting rights.
Paxton argues that, by federal law, these individuals are not eligible for parole, which is why Texas has filed a lawsuit against the federal government.
Paxton contends that the Biden administration’s policies are intended to undermine national sovereignty and the rule of law, aiming to influence election outcomes. He also criticizes Biden and Vice President Harris for losing track of over 300,000 children who crossed the border, alleging these children are now at risk of sex trafficking and forced labor.
According to Paxton, these figures are based on official reports from the administration itself. He accuses Biden and Harris of hypocrisy when they speak about family unification, suggesting that their policies are actually responsible for tearing families apart and exposing children to severe abuse. Paxton concludes by condemning the administration’s “open-borders agenda,” which he believes is causing significant harm to the country, emphasizing that the enforcement of law and order is essential.
